You've got tons of content and stories that your people love. And you know it's time to put all that into a book!

But something gets lost in translation when you try to put it on the page.

Maybe you're sitting up late at night writing page after page, wondering how you're going to decide what goes where. Or you find yourself gazing out the window, drifting into Sudoku-land, or going in circles with a chat bot that turns everything you want to say into some vague "journey of transformation" as we do "delicate dances" and "weave the tapestries of our lives."

It's not just you. Like every other major undertaking in life, a book takes a village.

If you've been struggling to make progress for too long on your own, you have come to the right place! Join us and get ready to write a book that changes lives (including your own).

Your voice matters. Your wisdom is needed.
It's time to step into your role as an author and share your gifts with the world.

Why make a plan first?

The author who can sit down and pen a masterpiece from start to finish is, I think, a mythical creature.

Writing with a plan is something like gardening with defined beds versus scattering seeds randomly. Creating a structure doesn't limit what can grow. It allows each element to flourish in relationship with the whole.

Love to free-write?

You can still follow your inspiration, but now you will see how your creative explorations are part of your larger vision. When you can see how the pages you’re writing get you closer to completing your book, it’s that much easier to stay motivated.

If you struggle with where to start, you will always have a clear next step that reconnects you with your purpose instead of a blank page staring back at you.

Puzzle Pieces
What do you envision for your book?

Do you have all the pieces laid on the table or could you use some help gathering them?

In The Book Incubator, we'll address the three main challenges that keep powerful messages from reaching the page:

1. Clarity of purpose

First, we'll clarify your book's purpose on three levels. Many authors struggle because they haven't fully connected with their "why" both for themselves and their readers. To address this:

  • We'll explore who most needs to hear your message and how to speak directly to their hearts.
  • We'll discover the unique gifts your experience and your perspective bring to the conversation.
  • We'll craft a publishing and promotion plan for your book that aligns with your soul's purpose.

With a clear path forward that energizes and inspires you, your writing routine will begin to feel like a natural extension of the work you’re already doing in the world.

2. Structure and flow

The next aspect we'll plan is your book's structure and flow. Many wisdom-keepers find themselves overwhelmed by all they want to share, unsure how to weave their stories and teachings into a coherent whole that serves their readers.

  • Map out a clear structure that guides your reader to follow their own heart and intuition from one chapter to the next.
  • Find the perfect balance of storytelling and teaching so your reader understands what you’re saying with their whole being.
  • Develop key themes and threads that weave throughout your book, tying your stories and teachings into one unified message.

Together, we will create a detailed outline that feels spacious enough for your creative muse to play in while providing the support you need to keep writing with confidence.

3. Nurture your writing practice (Market Research)

Even the most powerful books would go unread if they didn't find their way to their readers. Understanding where your book fits into the current market could have a lot to do with how you write it.

  • Explore the current publishing landscape so you can choose the path that best fits your goals, your timeline, and your vision.
  • Analyze what your ideal readers are already buying, what they love, and what's missing—so your book steps into a real conversation rather than shouting into the void.
  • Identify your book's unique positioning and the readers who are waiting for exactly what you offer.

You won't just be writing a book you love—you'll be writing a book with a clear path to the readers who need it most.
